The short film is the result of a collaboration between director Tommaso Papetti and Eugenio Allegri, one of the greatest exponents of the Italian Commedia dell'Arte, with the aim of transposing the “world” of the Commedia dell'Arte into video.
The Canovacci, the dynamics and the typical masks (characters) that form the basis of Italian theater, transported for the first time in cinematographic language.
A study, carried out in collaboration with Philip Radice's School of Physical Theater and the Borgo Medievale of Turin, which aims to preserve the tradition and culture of masked theater and its modern transposition.
